Silver Reef Casino boxing by and large has been promoted by boxing promoter Patrick Ortiz of Ringside Ticket who has put on a 90% of the professional boxing matches at the casino since 2004. The Silver Reef Casino, a Native-American casino, owned and operated by the Lummi Tribe is located in Ferndale, Washington, between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Most of the boxers who fight at the casino are from the northwest and a few are women since Ortiz is among the few promoters willing to allow female bouts on his cards.
