Holly Holm defeated Australian Diana Prazak (11-2-0, 7 KOs) of Los Angeles, California by 10-round unanimous decision in a 10x2 IBA and WBF female light welterweight title fight on Friday, December 7, 2012 at the Route 66 Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The judges scores were 100-90, 100-90 and 100-90. Holm was coming off a unanimous decision win over Anne Sophie Mathis in a rematch on June 15, 2012.

In 2007 Holly Holm made women's boxing history winning six different welterweight titles. Holm, ranked number 1 welterweight at WBAN was choosen as WBAN's Fighter of the Year for 2007. In 2006 Holm was choosen as the women's 2006 Ring Magazine Fighter of The Year, 2006 IFBA Fighter of the Year and named one of the 2006 Fighters of the Year in New Mexico. Additionally in 2005 Holm was choosen as the women's 2005 Ring Magazine Fighter of the Year.
Holm had become the undisputed women's World Welterweight Champion on March 22, 2007 beating Ann Marie Saccurato by 10-round unanimous decision at the Isleta Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Holm's won the WIBA Women's International Boxing Association welterweight title, WBC Female welterweight title, WBA Female welterweight title and IFBA International Female Boxing Association welterweight title.
On September 21, 2007 Holm beat Angelica Martinez by 10-round unanimous decision in an International Boxing Association Female welterweight title fight which took place in Bernalillo, New Mexico at the Santa Ana Star Casino.
Holm successfully defended her WBC Female welterweight title and IFBA International Female Boxing Association welterweight title against Mariem "Punchenella" Brakache winning by 7th round TKO on January 11, 2008 at the Isleta Casino & Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
On Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Pechanga Casino in Temecula, California, Holm won a 10-round unanimous decision over Belinda Laracuente in an IFBA International Female Boxing Association welterweight title fight.
Holm beat Mary Jo Sanders by a 10-round unanimous decision in their first meeting which was an IFBA International Female Boxing Association light middleweight title fight on Friday, June 14, 2008 at the Isleta Casino & Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Fighting in Holly Holm's hometown Mary Jo Sanders (25-1-0, 8 KOs) from Detroit suffered her first pro career loss. The scores were 98-92, 98-92 and 97-93.
In a rematch on Friday, October 16, 2008 at The Palace in Auburn, Michigan on the Donofrio Boxing card Holm fought to a draw with Mary Jo Sanders (25-1-1, 8 KOs) in a 10-round International Boxing Association Female light middleweight title fight. The bout was a slugfest. Holm and Sanders threw everything they had at each other. The judges scored the fight 97-93, 95-95 and 95-95.
On Friday, January 23, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Holm beat Myriam Lamare (16-3-0, 9 KOs) by 10-round unanimous decision winning the WIBA Women's International Boxing Association welterweight title. Scores were 98-92, 97-93 and 96-94 all for Holm.
Holm defeated Duda Yankovich (11-1-0, 5 KOs) by 4th round TKO in a lopsided WIBA Women's International Boxing Association welterweight title fight on Friday, June 5, 2009 at the Isleta Casino & Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Fighting in Holm's hometown this was blonde bombshell Serbian Duda Yankovich's first fight outside of Brazil and also her first professional fight with a southpaw.
On Friday, August 28, 2009 at the New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Holm retained her WIBA Women's International Boxing Association welterweight title by defeating Terri Blair (11-14-2, 6 KOs) by 10-round unanimous decision. The judges scores were 100-90, 100-90 and 99-91.
Holm defeated late replacement Victoria Cisneros (3-8-2, 0 KOs) by 10th round unanimous decision on Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Isleta Casino & Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cisneros replaced Holm's scheduled opponent Melissa Hernandez who pulled out of the fight shortly before it was scheduled to take place on Friday night.
The Association Boxing Commissions is currently investigating reports that Cisneros did not provide any medical documents proving she was medically fit to fight, did not have any pre-fight or post-fight medical exams, there was no weighin, bout agreement or medical insurance provided to the boxer. If what is reported is true then the reservation and Isleta Boxing Commission would be in volation to the PBSA, the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996.
Holly Holm lost by 7th round KO to French Anne Sophie Mathis (26-1-0, 22 KOs) in an IBA female and WBAN welterweight title fight on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Route 66 Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Holm was staggered in round five, visited the canvas in round six, got tangled in the ropes in round seven then knocked out at 1:38. It was painful to watch as referee Rocky Burke did nothing to protect Holm. He should have stopped the fight much earlier.
