Fighting on The Cosmopolitan's first FNF card promoted by Warriors Boxing Promotions and Blue Wave Group was Cuba's former amateur champion Erislandy Lara and up-and-coming Cuban fighters Yudel Jhonson, Yunier Dorticos, Rances Barthelemy and Vilier Quinones.
The first fight card was such a success that another FNF card followed on April 29, 2011 headlining Carlos Molina vs Allen Conyers. Molina had fought to a draw with Erislandy Lara on The Cosmopolitan's inaugural fight card.
