Boxing tickets are one of the most sought after and collectible tickets in sports ticket collecting. Besides saving your boxing ticket or stub for sentimental value after the fight here are some things to consider when buying your boxing ticket about its potential value as a collectible.

Most boxing match tickets come perforated or made so they can be torn into two parts. The gatekeeper keeps the smaller part of the ticket and you keep the larger part as a receipt and to find your seat.

A complete untorn ticket is a full ticket. The smaller part is called the stub and the larger part is called the ticket minus the stub.
