Bobby Pacquiao lost his bout by 1st round KO when former National Golden Gloves champion and undefeated Urbano Antillon caught him with double left hook to the body on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pacquiao, counted out was down on the canvas on his hands and knees frozen in pain unable to raise. Pacquiao was coming off a tough won fight against Fernando Trejo by 4th round TKO on Friday, November 23, 2007 at the Morongo Casino in Cabazon, California. Trejo suffered a possible broken right arm blocking a punch from Pacquiao and was unable to continue fighting.

Bobby Pacquiao trains along with his brother Manny Pacquiao at Freddie Roach's Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California when he is preparing for a fight in the US.

Pacquiao's breakthrough fight was against Carlos Navarro, a popular boxer featured in EA's Knockout Kings 2000. Pacquiao won by a 7th round KO. On November 08, 2005 Bobby Pacquiao won a controversial split decision fight against Carlos Hernandez, an El Salvadorian boxing champion. More recently, on June 10, 2006 Bobby Pacquiao outclassed and KO'd Kevin Kelley, former New York Golden Gloves Champion, halting Kelley's recent comback and probably ending his career.

Bobby Pacquiao lost by an 11th round disqualification to Hector Velazquez at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 16, 2006. Pacquiao also came in three pounds overweight and lost the WBC Continental Americas Jr Lightweight title on the scale. During the fight Pacquiao scored a knockdown in the 3rd round. He had a point deducted in the 3rd and 5th rounds for low blows. Pacquiao was warned in the 10th for straying low again and finally disqualified in the 11th for a severe one ending his winning streak.

On Saturday, June 9, 2007 at Madison Square Garden in New York in an undercard fight on the Cotto-Judah card Bobby Pacquiao lost his fight against Humberto Soto by KO at 1:48 of round seven. Soto knocked down the game but bloodied Pacquiao with a straight right then a left to the body. Pacquiao never got up. Manny Pacquiao vowed to avenge his boxers loss if he should ever meet Soto in the ring.
